ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow 1-2 business days to receive an email letting you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8am to 3pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using UPS, Canada Post or Purolator. A flat rate shipping fee may be available to certain locations. 

At this time, we do not actively ship outside of Canada.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

British Columbia	Orders over $80
Other provinces	Orders over $120

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not actively ship outside of Canada. However, for customers arranging their own forwarding or delivery outside the country, please note the following:

Due to recent tariff and customs uncertainties, we are unable to cover or guarantee exemption from any export fees, import duties, or taxes that may be assessed upon delivery.

Based on the information available, roasted coffee shipped to the U.S. under HS Code 0901.21.00.20 — Coffee, roasted, not decaffeinated, in retail containers of 2 kg or less (Arabica, other) is typically exempt from tariffs. However, given ongoing changes in trade regulations, we cannot guarantee that shipments will not be subject to additional fees.

Note that CuppaJoe Coffee Roasters will not be responsible for any export fees, import duties, or tariffs charged at destination.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at contact@cuppajoe.com. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory  solution.
