Coffee and Food Products: Due to the perishable nature of coffee and other food products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This policy helps us guarantee that every product we deliver is fresh and of the highest quality.
However, if an error was made with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged package—please contact us at contact@cuppajoe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will work diligently to correct the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Non-Food Items: For non-food products, such as coffee equipment, mugs, or merchandise, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sellable condition.

Customers must contact us at contact@cuppajoe.com within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return or exchange process.

If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds for eligible items will be processed after we receive and verify the return at our facility. Please note that we are not liable for uninsured packages lost during return shipping.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
