Use Fresh Beans – Our coffee goes straight from the roaster to our one way valved coffee bags to keep the coffee extremely fresh for months at a time. For best results though, buy fresh weekly and store in an air tight container.
Grind Fresh – Whenever possible, grind fresh just before brewing. The coffee bean acts as its own storage container. The correct grind and consistency for your brewing method is key.
TIP – For blade grinders, time your grinding for consistent results.
Measure Properly – Specialty coffee should be brewed using 2 level tablespoons for 6 ounces of water. Adjust to suit your taste.
